Governance concerns the decision-making structure, processes and associated controls. BChE has two decision-making bodies: Management Committee (the "MC") and the Operations Committee (the "OC"). The MC is responsible for the strategic management and the OC is in charge of the day-to-day management of the BChE.
Under the authority of the President and the supervision of the MC, the OC oversees the day-to-day running of the BChE, prepares decisions for the MC and ensures that these are implemented. This includes responsible execution of clients' projects with a qualified and highly-experienced team of technical experts/professionals who work to exceed client and internal expectations on safety, value engineering, and on-time completion. The President chairs the meetings of the MC. The members of the MC are responsible solely to the BChE.

OUR STORY
Collectively anchored on our proven track-records of executions, we recognized there was a need for specialized technical services as well as quality value engineering and integrated project engineering solutions. Initially we positioned to avail ourselves of regional supports for projects and turnarounds from Asia Pacific to Persian Gulf to North America, which were the niche domains neglected by other companies. As clients observed our level of commitment to HSE, engineering excellence and project delivery successes to meet their growing project requirements, they began requesting us to manage larger scalable energy projects, including major capital project expansions. Soon afterwards, they were requisitioning us to lead their new facilities across North America. Not only did BChE expand across the continental U.S.A. and Canada, but evolved to include new clients in a wide variety of adjacent industries.
We affirm that what we forge best is strategic relationship based on mutual respect. We serve our clients' long-term business needs through executing various LNG capital project expansions, plant-level projects, controls and automation refresh, and onsite operations & maintenance support programs. Our sustained success stems from the fact that we create a working environment that inspires our employees and our team's willingness to perform the small incremental deliverables that make our clients' operations nimbler, more cost-efficient and operationally sustainable.

The strategic rationale of BChE is anchored on the complementary mix of synergies, combined assets and portfolio optimization of three partnered companies, with collective breadth (catalyst technologies, technical skills and in-depth knowledge base) and managerial capacities (global reach with proven LNG capabilities being extended and deepened) in the provision of integrated engineering and program/project management.
Today BChE has evolved to become one of the emerging global leaders in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and Startup Services offering technically sound and schedule-driven solutions per the design-build-transfer contracts that are fully aligned with US industry regulations, best practices, and the client’s scope of work.

For operationally readiness, BChE team members are seasoned and have deep EPC and start-up management experience, allowing them to better respond to the client's operational, production, and maintenance goals. This enables us to comprehend executable project drivers and develop measurable value- and production-driven results. Our technical resources and project managers are readily adept to execute large capital projects, but we also dedicate specific resources for small and/or medium sized projects as well as the client's continuing plants/facilities O&M (operations and maintenance) requirements.
BChE is focused on serving the North American clients (USA, Canada and Mexico) with international project locations. Our in-house technical resources are coordinated to roll out capital projects and serve clients with multiple EPC and start-up projects and services. This deliverable inspires that the client receives the attention and prompt service they anticipate from their project execution partner. At BChE, each partners' headquarters have all the global resources required to serve clients' energy/industrial projects, and they can call upon the entire network of international offices when required for a larger project task force or for subject matter expertise on certain processes, sub-processes, activities, and tasks as well as catalyst technologies.
